All Sales Are Final

At Dietrich Homedepots, all products are sold as liquidation goods. Because these items are offered at liquidation prices, all sales are final.

No Refunds or Returns

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after a purchase has been completed.
  • Customers are encouraged to carefully inspect products and confirm their condition, specifications, quantity, and suitability before making payment.
  • Liquidation goods may have cosmetic imperfections, discontinued packaging, minor defects, or other signs of prior handling. Such conditions do not qualify for a refund or return when disclosed or reasonably observable at the time of purchase.
  • Once the customer has accepted and paid for the merchandise, the transaction is considered final and non-refundable.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for checking merchandise before leaving the premises. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to inspect the goods and accepts them in their existing condition.
